1. Introduction

Welcome to SwedishAutoGuard's Terms and Conditions. SwedishAutoGuard provides car insurance services in Sweden. Our Services include:

  • Providing information about car insurance options
  • Facilitating insurance quote requests
  • Processing insurance applications
  • Managing insurance policies
  • Facilitating claims processing

4.2 Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

4.3 Service Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to keep our Services operational. However, certain technical difficulties, maintenance, or other factors beyond our control may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our Services, or any feature or part thereof, at any time without notice.

5. Insurance Policies

In the event of any conflict between the information on our Site and the policy documents, the policy documents will control.

The terms and conditions for cancelling your insurance policy are set forth in your policy documents. Generally, you may cancel your policy at any time, subject to any applicable cancellation fees or refund policies.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Using the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services
  • Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
  • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Services
  • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Services
  • Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Services
  • Using the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by SwedishAutoGuard, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Swedish and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

7.3 Restrictions

9.3 Insurance Disclaimers

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON OUR SITE REGARDING INSURANCE PRODUCTS IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE INSURANCE ADVICE. THE SPECIFIC TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVERAGE, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS OF ANY INSURANCE POLICY ARE SET FORTH EXCLUSIVELY IN THE POLICY DOCUMENTS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwedishAutoGuard, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms and Conditions or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Sweden, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable insurance policy documents constitute the entire agreement between you and SwedishAutoGuard regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.

13.2 Waiver

No waiver by SwedishAutoGuard of any term or condition set out in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of SwedishAutoGuard to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and Conditions and any of our rights or obligations hereunder without your prior consent.

13.5 Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

14. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
